Sometimes the best works come from a blank canvas - maybe all you need is a clean-out or weekly/monthly maintenance for your yard and garden beds. From here we can plan how to best utilize your space and bring your ideas to life.
-
What are your goals for your space? How do you use it currently or how would you like to see that change? Considering entertaining or inviting space for guests or even just yourself? From here we can start to build your living space into the future.
-
Let’s finish building that living space or make some lasting changes to what already works! Here we can take stock of what works and what does not - permaculture is about what will work forever - if you don’t like it, let’s fix it!
“I give my pledge as an American to save and faithfully to defend from waste the natural resources of my country - its soil and minerals, its forests, waters and wildlife.”

FAQ’s
How long does the estimation process take? - Depending on the size/scope of work, estimates are the critical first step and usually cannot be developed overnight. 2-3 business days is typically the best turn-around after meeting on-site to evaluate, but will reserve up to a week for vendor relations/questions, material sourcing etc.
What is your price per Square-foot on, (etc.) . . . ? - Industry standards, although helpful to apply to any hardscaping project, can be difficult to scale-down. Usually what will be given is a number, lets say 100sq.ft/(8)hrs. - this is to say roughly 100 square feet of work can be accomplished for the hypothetical task in one 8 hour shift. Work is estimated using the best available industry standards which can be applied; flat rate pricing is only available on cleanouts and monthly maintenance schedules.
How soon can you start? - Pruning/trimming, lawn care (including sod install and barkdust/compost), pressure washing, moss removal and some lighting repairs can all be regularly scheduled or billed on an hourly rate. all other work will require an estimate*
